Dive into the fascinating world of hand-drawn, frame-by-frame animation and storytelling through this hands-on course. You will learn the fundamental principles of animation and storyboarding, from the basics of motion to the narrative power of staging. Whether you're interested in producing short videos, eye-catching GIFs, or bringing your illustrations to life, this course will guide you through the entire process, step by step.

What You Will Learn:

  • Animation Fundamentals: Understand key concepts like timing, spacing, and the principles that make animations feel alive.
  • Storyboarding Techniques: Learn how to plan and structure your animations with effective storyboards, ensuring a smooth and coherent visual flow.
  • Procreate Animation Tools: Master the animation features within Procreate, including the Animation Assist feature, layers, and frame-by-frame animation techniques.

Required: Familiarity with Procreate software. If you are unfamilar with the software, we would suggest first attending the course Procreate for Beginners
